When I found cool beans vanilla online, I was definitely interested in. I got into baking and I was spending so much on tiny store bought ones. But not this company! As much as I paid from the store up the street, I got so much more. And they were packaged nicely to hold the freshness. I’m definitely going to continue to buy from cool beans vanilla.

The quality of the vanilla beans is phenomenal! The scent is rich and complex, there are layers in the scent I have never encountered with vanilla pastes or extracts in the past. The beans I purchased are macerating in a good quality vodka atm and I am excited to begin decanting as needed.

I originally made my purchase to do my own vanilla extract, but these actually ended up being used in a couple of meads (honey wine) that I brew as a hobby. They greatly contributed to the aroma and flavor of each! Highly recommended.
