WHY ARE SHIPPING COSTS INCREASING?
We strive to keep our shipping costs stable, but rising postal rates sometimes require adjustments. However, we offer free standard shipping on domestic orders over $75 (excluding gift cards).
MY TRACKING INFORMATION SAYS MY ORDER WAS DELIVERED, BUT I DIDN'T RECEIVE IT
Occasionally, tracking information is updated prematurely. If your order shows as "delivered" but you haven't received it, please:
