Vanilla, the beloved flavor derived from the pods of a tropical orchid, has enchanted taste buds for centuries.  But beyond its captivating aroma and taste, could this spice hold a secret weapon in the fight for better health?  A new form of vanilla – crystallized vanilla – is emerging, and its intense sweetness might just revolutionize how we consume sugar.
